Intro & Interests:
Alyssa grew up in Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University. Since then, she has gained a variety of clinical experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Alyssa enjoys treating patients of all ages, and has a particular interest in general musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. At the heart of her clinical practice, Alyssa always ensures a thorough examination, and works alongside each patient to develop personalised goals and evidence-based management plans to return them back to their work, sport or hobbies.
Experience:
Alyssa has worked closely with a diverse range of athletes, working within the Victorian Netball League, Frankston District Netball Association and Mornington Peninsula Football League. She is also experienced in teaching clinical Pilates and exercise classes, in which she empowers her patients to become confident and independent in maintaining their strength and mobility.
Outside the clinic, Alyssa enjoys going to the gym, trying out new recipes and tending to her plants.
