The Balance and Stability Class is designed to help improve balance to reduce falls risk. Regular practice combined with muscle strengthening can make a difference by improving coordination, improving reaction time, and strengthening muscles and bones. The goal is to prevent the likelihood of a serious injury from potential falls.

The classes are 55 minutes long and include a range of curated tasks based on current evidence. They aim to help each individual, no matter what level you are at.

Our 55-minute classes combine reformer Pilates with clinical rehab exercises tailored to your injuries, goals, and how your body actually moves. Using equipment like reformers, trapezes, free weights, and resistance bands, we target movement patterns and muscle groups that need attention — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or aiming to build real strength. Reformers add spring-loaded resistance to challenge stability, control, and coordination through a wide range of positions: lying down, standing, seated, or kneeling.

Every exercise is intentional, designed to activate the right muscles at the right time — improving awareness, function, and strength that carries over into your everyday life.
