Zoe graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. With experience as a sports trainer for community rugby union clubs, the Brumbies Super W women’s team, and VFL and AFLW clubs, Zoe has developed a strong foundation in sports injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance support.
Combining manual therapy, targeted education, and exercise-based rehabilitation, Zoe takes a patient-centered approach to treatment, tailoring each rehabilitation plan to meet the unique needs of every individual. Whether working with athletes recovering from sport-specific injuries, or helping people from all walks of life regain mobility and strength, Zoe believes in empowering clients through education and effective movement strategies.
Zoe is also a certified Pilates instructor and enjoys integrating Pilates techniques into rehabilitation programs, helping clients improve flexibility, strength, and overall movement efficiency. Outside of the clinic, Zoe enjoys running, swimming, and spending time at the beach.
