Mitchell has been helping people move pain-free since earning his degree from The University of Sydney in 2013. With years of experience in both sports and occupational physiotherapy, he’s worked with Harbour City Ferries, The Star Casino, and corporate teams across Sydney, providing injury management and ergonomic solutions.

As a long-time competitor in the NSW NPL Men’s football league, Mitchell understands the demands of high-level sport firsthand. This background fuels his expertise in treating football-related injuries, guiding players through recovery and injury prevention with a practical, no-nonsense approach.

He believes effective physiotherapy is more than relief—it’s about long-term results that keep you moving, performing and living pain-free.
